An investigation into human flourishing · San Diego
What does it feel like to truly flourish?
Meditation, yoga, and science — practiced, examined, and lived.
From
A capable mind that struggles to rest.
To
Clearer attention, less reactivity, and deeper rest.
From
Tension and fatigue become background noise.
To
The body becomes a place of presence and ease.
From
Outer progress without inner arrival.
To
Awareness reveals what achievement cannot.
Some knowledge can only be lived.
Contemporary research offers a second lens.
Begin with clear context from contemplative tradition and science.
Explore awareness directly through guided practice.
Carry one simple practice into daily life.
Practices I have studied, tested, and lived. No prior experience required.
01
In the Tergar tradition, every moment can support awareness — at work, in traffic, or in stillness. Each session moves from understanding to direct practice and daily application.
How we work together
02
Slow, floor-based yin yoga and guided yoga nidra support deep rest, body awareness, and nervous-system regulation.
How we work together
A simple practice for a commute, a desk, or bedtime.
Flourishing Humans.life explores how body, mind, and consciousness shape a human life.
